My worried tell the story of my fears.
Instead of disregarding them, I try to hear them out so I can work on releasing them.
Allowing myself to process my worried in this respectful manner helps me move forward feeling strong and confident.
I can deconstruct my worries by showing myself proof of my effort,energy and preparedness.
By releasing my worries,instead of surpressing them, I am able to move closer and closer towards aligning with my higher self,my inner champion...solidifying my courage and increasing my faith in me. BE FREE
