yes I can see how fragile
I am
how fragile we all are
all of us humans everywhere all around the world
and all of the life we depend on to feed ourselves
and all of the life and existence we love
all of the life and existence
we don’t want to see
die
we live
in such a narrow range
of temperatures
subtle shifts
could
cook
us
all
ahhh
but I also see how tough and inventive
we all are
all of us humans everywhere all around the world
and all of the life we depend on to feed ourselves
and all of the life and existence we love
perhaps some of us or parts of us
perhaps even a poem
might survive
