This is my entry for the ongoing poetry dice battle hosted by . I am in squad 3 and our goal is to take out the Earth and you can find my entry from last week here. If you would like to view the challenge post, click here.
My thoughts coalesce, perfect alignment,
battle plans prepared, no need for refinement.
I see the main flaw in Earth's defenses;
There is no chance of mending these fences.
I've read the whole story from front to back;
The carapace will crack from your own attack.
My mind is enlightened like the Iron Fist;
Astral projecting straight into the mist.
My allies lay siege to your construction,
while I draw the fire of your self destruction.
This is why the Council won't let you expand,
to defeat me you'll destroy your own land.
Earthlings flock like sheep seeking protection,
the bombs you drop down need no redirection.
As the last traces of joy leaves your face,
you'll realize your weapons have doomed your whole race.
The atmosphere is filled with nuclear waste;
I astral project back out of this place.
My job is done and balance is restored,
now back to those stars that I haven't explored.
