This is my entry for Poetry Dice Challenge 3000 (Week 25)
This weekly challenge is to create a poem using all 9 images on the dice must be referenced at least once, each, in the poem.
Late at night I was about to sleep,
When a thought of happiness and sadness didn't skip.
Many questions inside me and I breath in deep,
I can't sleep even if I'm counting sheep.
My mind blown like a rolling dice,
I wish my life is like a rainbow with a golden price.
My life was full of emptiness and pain,
But I stand strong with a walking cane.
Now I count my blessings like the beads in abacus,
And transform my life with a positive focus.
I realized to stay firm and forget about bitterness,
And live my life like an apple full of sweetness.
This poem is about my late night thoughts of being optimistic in life despite of the problems that makes life miserable.
