As a kid i was obsessed with Yugioh cards ( might still be, but whos asking? )

i used to anything and everything i could to get money from people just to be able to buy the next pack

when i finally turned 18 i sat down and wrote down everything that i had purchased ( including money from birthdays, christmas etc etc ) and i realized that it came out to over $5,000

needless to say I was done buying cards at that point....
