Which Pokemon RPG are you talking about?
Pokemon Tabletop Adventures or Pokemon Tabletop United?

Probably the older/not-beta Pokemon Tabletop Adventures (because Pokemon Tabletop United seems to use d6 as their main dice – I haven't played/read any of both though).
