Hi there. Here is another Pokemon TCG post by me. The cards featured here are Miraidon, Koraidon, Armarouge and Ceruledge.
Miraidon (Future)
This Miraidon is a Basic Lightning Future Pokemon with 120 HP. The second attack of Thunder Claws does 100 damage for one Lightning and two Colourless Energy. Miraidon's first attack of Protection Code costs one Lightning Energy and one Colourless Energy. The damage output is 40 damage plus preventing all damage done to your Future Pokemon from your opponent's Pokemon ex. If this Miraidon leaves the Active Spot then this shield type effect stops working.
Miraidon's defensive effect from the first attack is useful if the opponent plays a deck that is all Pokemon ex like Raging Bolt ex + Teal Mask Ogerpon ex. It would not be useful if the opponent is playing a single prize attacker or Pokemon V. I want to like this card but I cannot. The opponent can play around this card.
Koraidon (Ancient)
Here is another version of Koraidon. This is an Ancient Fighting Basic Pokemon with 130 HP, two retreat cost and Psychic weakness.
I think this Koraidon is very good due to its first attack and its Fighting type. The second attack of Hammer In won't see much use as it costs too much at 2 Fighting Energy and one Colourless Energy to do 110 damage. Koraidon's first attack of Intense Assault requires two Colourless Energy. You don't need Fighting Energy to use this! Intense Assault does 30 base damage plus 150 more damage if 1 of your other Ancient Pokemon used an attack last turn. If this requirement is met then Koraidon can hit for 180 damage which is pretty high for a single prize Pokemon.
You can hit for weakness with Koraidon's Fighting type. Popular Pokemon like Rotom V, Terapagos ex, Miraidon ex, Raikou V, Fezandipiti ex, Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex can be knocked out in one hit by this Koraidon. I can see Ancient Box decks see some sort of resurgence with this dangerous attacker.
Charcadet
I think this is like the fifth version of Charcadet. This one has 80 HP and two retreat cost. The first attack of Light Punch does not do much. Flamethrower as the second attack requires 2 Fire Energy and one colourless Energy to do 70 damage plus discard one Energy.
It would be better to use a 70 HP Charadet as it would be easier to put into play with Buddy Buddy Poffins.
Armarouge
This Armarouge is the evolved form of Charcadet. It has 140 HP and two retreat cost. The first attack of Combustion requires two Colourless Energy to do 50 damage. Crimson Blaster requires 2 Fire Energy and one colourless Energy to do 180 damage to one of your opponent's Benched Pokemon. The drawback is discarding all Fire Energy from Armarouge.
From a gameplay perspective, this Armarouge is not good in my opinion. I think there are better Fire attackers to use. This other Armarouge with the Fire Off ability has some good utility even though it is not top tier metagame material.
Ceruledge
Ceruledge is the alternate Stage 1 evolution form of Charcadet. In this version of Ceruldege it is a Fire type instead of Psychic in the trading card game. Blaze Curse is the first attack. It requires one colourless Energy to discard all Special Energy from each of your opponent's Pokemon. The second attack of Black Flame Slash requires 2 Fire Energy and one colourless Energy. It does 160 damage with the drawback of not being to attack the next turn.
Ceruledge Illustration Art Rare
This Ceruledge has an illustration art version. Ceruledge is in its standing warrior-like pose. This art card could reach 10 CAD market price.
