Poker Tip Of The Day: Alcohol is your worst enemy at the poker table. Now don't get me wrong, if you need a glass or two of something to unwind and relax yourself before you start playing, by all means go ahead. But if you are getting sloshed during tournament play, you may as well ship your chips to someone else, because there is no way you are winning.
