Hey guys! This is footage from a police issue Taser X26.
While on patrol one night I attempted to conduct a traffic stop on this guy for suspicion of drunk driving.
The offender decided to try and outrun me (in the rain no less) but was unsuccessful.
He pulled in to the driveway of a friend's house, got out of the vehicle and failed to obey my command to get on the ground.
I didn't know why he was running from me at the time. I also didn't know if he had any weapons on him or what his intentions were.
