Not content with just shooting their caretakers, cops took it one step further.
On Thursday, a state trooper in Charlotte, NC, shot and killed Daniel Kevin Harris, a 29-year old unarmed deaf-mute. The trooper tried to stop him but Harris didn't. Harris stopped in his front of his him, got out of the car and apparently, tried to use sign language with the trooper. The exchange resulted in Harris' death and the trooper being placed on admin leave. Harris leaves behind his 4-year old son.
