At the same time, Speaker of the Sejm [polish parliament] S. Holownia
started the unlawful BEZHOŁOW(n)IE [reference to the name: unlawfulness] ordering one of the deputies (G. Braun) to leave the parliament building.
Art.175(5) states (sejm.gov.pl/law/regulations/regsejm.htm)
"The Speaker has the right to decide to exclude a deputy from a session of the Sejm, if the deputy continues to prevent the conduct of the session and, at the same session has already been admonished in accordance with paragraph 4; a deputy excluded from a sitting of the Sejm
shall be obliged to leave the meeting room immediately."
He also banned the MP from entering the main Sejm [parliament] building the following day, December 14.

nakazując jednemu z posłów (G. Braunowi) opuszczenie budynku Sejmu.
Art.175 pkt 5. stwierdza (sejm.gov.pl/prawo/regulamin/regsejm.htm)
„Marszałek ma prawo podjąć decyzję o wykluczeniu posła z posiedzenia Sejmu, jeżeli poseł nadal uniemożliwia prowadzenie obrad i na tym samym posiedzeniu został już upomniany w trybie ust. 4; poseł wykluczony z posiedzenia Sejmu jest obowiązany natychmiast opuścić salę posiedzeń.”
Zakazał również wpuszczenia posła do głównego budynku Sejmu kolejnego dnia 14 grudnia.

The post-communists filed a draft resolution "condemning the anti-Semitic behavior of MP Gregory Braun," but after the opposition filed an amendment to the draft, that condemnation is required not only of anti-Semitic behavior, but also of anti-Christian behavior - post-communists, not wanting to allow such a resolution - withdrew their project.

Postkomuniści wnieśli projekt uchwały „potępiającej antysemickie zachowanie posła Grzegorza Brauna”, ale po wniesieniu do tego projektu przez opozycję poprawki,
że potępienia wymagają nie tylko zachowania antysemickie, ale także antychrześciańskie
- postkomuniści nie chcąc dopuścić do takiej uchwały – swój projekt wycofali.
