Ex-President of Georgia and former Odessa Governor Mikhail Saakashvili is not going to sit back and do nothing as he is preparing to fight for his rights and to recognize Kiev's decision to ban him from Ukraine unlawful.
As Saakashvili's political party's (Movement of New Forces) press service reports:
To protect the rights of Mikheil Saakashvili, the lawyers filed a lawsuit in the Lviv District Administrative Court to recognize the decision as unlawful and to repeal the Mostisky border guard detachment's resolution to ban the entry of Saakashvili into Ukraine for three years.

Recall that M. Saakashvili was detained and extradited to Poland, from where he flew to Netherlands and received Dutch ID card there.
Saakashvili also stated that he is preparing to return to Kiev and continue his political activities with the purpose to overthrow Poroshenko's government in Ukraine.
