The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine suspects that the Political Locomotive Saakashvili was sponsored by the Ukrainian Oligarch Sergei Kurchenko who along with other Viktor Yanukovich's entourage, fled Ukraine after Maidan. The money had to go to organize "actions of disobedience" to eliminate the current authorities in Ukraine.
