does make a good point. There is always a risk for such a site becoming a holy site - just look at Hilter's birthplace - however I believe this could be mitigated. Momento Park is actually an open-air museum with controlled access not a true public park. Admission supports the museum's educational and culture events and the general mission of educating the public about the horrors of dictatorship.
