Exactly who is the "deep state"? Seriously, is it a group that actively colludes to make policies and set plans in motion? Is it a coordinated effort? Or is it just a bunch of rich people that act on their own with their own ideals in mind and everything just bounces around? It just all seems hokey. "They are out to get Trump." or "Trump is fighting back" Who is they? If they know who each other is, just get done what you want to get done already. A lot of people talking out of there collective hats and nothing seems to happen. If Trump knows who these people are, just call them in your office, show them the blackmail info on them from the CIA and tell them to take their billions and just go away already.
