Mulvaney is exactly right. They're only doing this because they can't debate hell, they probably have nothing to debate except orange man bad, and, now that Russia failed, now they have to talk taxes taxes and even more taxes, hoping that it will work in 2020, but it simply won't, because nobody cares about anybodies tax returns, they only care about policy.
