This is nothing other than a scandal of epic proportions. I don't know what to say...
The Swedish police doesn't have the manpower to investigate serious crimes anymore, including a rape of a 12 year old girl. It's not even a question of trying to find the person who did it, they already know who he is, but it's a question of actually finding the time to question him and taking him into custody!
In the video, the police also claims that there are cases with children as young as 3 years that they also doesn't have the time to investigate.
