I've been doing a lot of thinking lately about current events. I don't know what is true and what is fake anymore. We are constantly bombarded with propaganda and distractions. Some things that have popped up online have started to concern me. I have read reports of the United States cutting diplomatic ties with Russia on the Syrian issue. Ever since that Russia has been acting very cautiously and has started preparing for war it seems. Russia has disregarded a nuclear weapons treaty that they agreed on over a decade ago. Another article has come up on the internet that stated Putin was putting nuclear capable missiles in Cuba, which sounds very similar to the Cuban Missile Crisis that happened during the Cold War. There was other information that mentioned Putin holding nuclear drills within Russia. They had 40 million people prepare to use nuclear bomb shelters.
Where is the media?
With Russia preparing for a war with the United States this scares me. The part that worries me the most is I haven't seen any news about this from the media within the United States. The only thing the United States is speaking about is the current presidential election. They are distracting people with an audio tape from Donald Trump that is over a decade old. Why is the United States keeping this a secret from its own people?
You're crazy!
In the back of my head, I have known something like this could happen for a while. When I bring up my concerns with other Americans they just write me off as if I am crazy and I shouldn't be worrying. I think this could really put the nail in the coffin for the United States. I don't believe the US government has the money or the troops to handle a war with Russia. I think they will be forced to bring back a draft to recruit young soldiers. They will end up printing endless amounts of cash which will cause skyrocketing inflation. The world will eventually lose confidence in the dollar causing an international economic crisis. Liberties here at home would be not be considered at all anymore. We may even see a scenario where people are forced to be chipped with RFID technology for their "safety".
Nothing to see here.
Everything seems normal today, but I think the people are in for the worst experience of their lives soon enough. If the United States goes to war with Russia this could be the perfect opportunity for Obama to cancel the 2016 elections and continue as president. Both candidates running are very disliked among the citizens and I've even seen an advertisement explaining that Obama's approval rating has gone up recently. Not only that, Obama has been campaigning for Hillary Clinton.
Change is coming to America.
I believe the United States is about to change drastically in the next coming months. I know that the US government does bad things around the world which eventually will come back to us. The American people have no clue what is going on. Most people are not going to be prepared for the future. The smartest thing the United States government could do would be just to back off. Let's bring our troops home, leave the Middle East, and rebuild our country. We would be so much better off making friends with countries, than trying to police them. Unfortunately, this won't happen and if Russia ends up shooting down one our planes when we provoke them World War III will be inevitable.
I hope this isn't the case, but I'm afraid this is the direction current events are taking us. Vladimir Putin is not taking any chances and is preparing his people for something.
