The Netherlands has cut funding to the White Helmets for the time being. This comes as news about the White Helmets working with terrorists to orchestrate a false flag chemical attack. Netherlands thinks the group has "inadequate supervision" of their members on the ground given that they are "likely" linked to various Al Qaeda affiliated terrorist fronts, and may themselves be such a group now.
The U.S. halted funding to the White Helmets and reinstated it earlier in 2018. But with the Netherlands, they are apparently the first government to openly criticize the White Helmets or raising concerns about their terrorist affiliations. The U.S., U.K., Japanese, German and other governments are still funding them though.
The decision came after a report from the Foreign Affairs Ministry’s Directorate for International Research and Policy Evaluation slammed the Netherlands supervision of aid projects. The lack of supervision by the dutch government led to funds falling into the hands of extremists groups, like Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, the Syrian branch of Al Qaeda. The Netherlands had given the White Helmets $14.5 million since 2016.
Another group that's been criticized is the Mayday Rescue "NGO" which is also linked to the White Helmets. The same person who founded White Helmets, U.K. Military Intelligence officer turned mercenary James Le Mesurier, is directing Mayday Rescue. Much of the $123 million in funds given to the White Helmets has been funneled through the Mayday Rescue. Mayday Rescue was cited as failing to properly supervise the White Helmets as well by only spending 0.9% of it's budget to do so.
The Dutch report noted "systematic control of the money flow is missing" resulting in the funds falling "into the hands of armed groups" or used in illegal trades. The fact that the White Helmets operate in areas that are controlled by terrorist-linked armed factions means there is a "inevitable" connection between White Helmet administrators and the terror groups. You can see how the link operates through one Mo'ad Barish who is a White Helmets operative and a Nusra Front extremist.
This isn't news though, at least not in the real news of the alternative media. The mainstream media are the ones who don't cover these links. Sites like acvtivistpost.com and mintpressnews.com have been covering this information since 2017, as has the Russian media. The White Helmets have been exposed doctoring search and rescue footage, being part of executing civilians and using children as props to promote intervention by the West.
White Helmets have been filming mock chemical weapons attacks recently in order to provoke U.S. strikes against the Syrian government. They of course act as the good-guy "rescuers" against the evils of the Syrian government, when it's all a fake news story that the western media gobbles up. They've already been caught as creating the fake news false flag chemical attack in April 2018.
The U.S. doesn't seem to need any alleged chemical attacks orchestrated by their funding of White Helmets, as officials have threatened to attack the Syrian government if any attack was launched against the U.S.-admitted terrorist strongholds in the Idlib province. Syria wants to get rid of terrorists what have been funded by U.S. and other western nations, and these same nations will use such national rights to attack, invade and provoke further escalations of war.
