You know very little, I've studied the constitutions and read accounts of soviet union. You practically missed the bullseye, under Stalin's regime worker rights have improved dramatically so much that they had more power then their supervisor etc. The idea of communism not only has empowered the state but the people also, there is a term we put on this called the dictatorship of the proleteriat. So how about you pick up some historical documents rather then books that have a bias view on them ;)
