News coming from the Gulf is disheartening! The blockade against Qatar by its neighbors, led by Saudi Arabia, has been on for more than a month now and shows no signs of reaching a conclusion.
The world has settled down to a lot of political alignments which have been taken for granted till now, but they seem to be changing, and new equations are being formed. But talk is also floating around that the crisis may even lead to war. And that thought is terrifying.
All wars bring agony to innocent peoples in the affected areas but most wars in the last three decades seems to be concentrated around oil producing countries, and this latest crisis is also unfolding in areas where oil is the main source of income.
But what are the real reasons?
