Minimum wage does the opposite of what people think it does, it actually tricks people into thinking that they should settle for a certain amount.
Healthcare enslaves people to a job because people are afraid of losing their health insurance.
The answer to solve this problem is relatively easy to understand. Get rid of minimum wage and implement universal healthcare. Once people don’t have to depend on their job for health insurance, they will have better leverage to negotiate their wage.
