Each region has a governing council that protects the region and establishes the first set of rules for that region. This includes city design, building codes, natural resource extraction, service to Global Systems, allocation of region for city design and large scale projects. A region is made up of General and Specialized Cities combined with natural resource production to serve the needs of the region and the Global civilization.
Rule 3 – Cities
Cities establish the rules that govern the specific actions of a Human Being in order to create a customized experience for people to choose. Cities are separated into 2 categories; general and specialized.
General Cities have minimal rules that enable large groups of people come together to create a diverse set of communities within a city. Each community establishing its own set of refined rules to identify itself within the city.
Specialized cities are smaller cities devoted to a specific rule set for the entire city. An example of this could be the style of buildings that are required could be modeled from 14th century France, with French as the only language that is spoken within that city. If you do not speak French fluently, entry is forbidden. A specialized city has a focused purpose to give its residents a specific type of experience. Another example might be that the entire city is vegan and no animal products are allowed, not even with your own home. This enables human beings the ability to become part of a massive social experiment and realize the impact that the environment has on your own personal experience.
Both General and Specialized Cities ensure that all building codes and regional rules are followed. These are rules that ensure the safety of people and protect the region.
Rule 4 – Communities
Communities are sub-sections of cities that can be generalized as well as specialized for attracting visitors to the city. Specialized Communities are identical to specialized cities except that they co-exist with other communities in a general city. Each community gives a human being the opportunity to shift the type of experience they are having within a larger city. Some examples of Communities could be:1. Family based community for raising children. 2. China town where all buildings must follow a chinese theme. 3. Artistic Community for lovers of the arts where all buildings and stores must follow artistic standards. 4. Shopping District where items are purchased. 5. Sports district focused entirely on sports and sports themed buildings. 6. Specific Religious district for people that wish to adhere to specific values. 7. Exploration of Consciousness district for people that use various chemical compounds. 8. Natural & Green district to explore, research and test various new technologies in action before implementing into global infrastructure. 9. Star Wars district for all the Jedi's in the world. 10. Manufacturing district for the production of new goods and materials.
Communities enable people to explore the many unique facets of a city while creating a customized experience for each person based on their current desires. The proper organization of communities that provide the broad range of experiences while allocating space for each person's value systems produces a safe and harmonious environment for everyone. Problems and chaos are only created through improper organization and disassociation by governing systems for what each human being is choosing to experience.
Specialized cities and communities can be grouped into categories that are defined based on the city. The following are ten examples that could be used, more specific, broader or even a combination of terms can be used based on the unique situation of the city.
1. Cultural District 2. Religious District 3. Manufacturing District 4. Resource District 5. Consumer District 6. Interest District 7. Research District 8. Themed District 9. Family District 10. Entertainment District 11. Vacation District
Rule 5 – Buildings
Each building has a specific purpose and its own rule set. The buildings must first adhere to regional, city and community rules, and can then further specialize the operations of the building. Buildings are designed by management teams in order to serve a specific group of people for a specific function. The current management team determine the rules that are created to govern the space. If the rules are not in alignment with people, people will not come to experience what is offered and the building will then be allocated for a different use or a new management team selected.Rule 6 – Housing
A person's home is their own personal space and can be customized to the extent allocated by the sets of rules enacted by the city & community. If you do not agree with the rules for what you can do in your home, the solution is to move to another community or specialized city that is in alignment with the type of experience that you desire. Rules are joint established by the people that you live with, such as friends, family or co-workers.
Rule 7 – Individual
Each person has the right to create their own rules for what, where, when, why and how they will experience their life. In order for peace and harmony to exist among all Human Beings, the Seven Rules must be followed by each individual. This also includes the ability for the individual to set the rules for their own personal space as well as the objects within their personal space.
The Personal space includes the person's house and is a separate zone from the community as long as the emanations of the home do not conflict with the surrounding community. Ex. Smoking cigarettes in an apartment conflicts with the rules of the apartment because of the smell. Excessive noise can conflict with the community from the sound emanations. If lifestyle choices consistently conflict with the area of occupancy, then a relocation to a more suitable area is required. Rather than fines to punish, a peace officer would identify a more suitable arrangement and assist in the relocation process.
THE SEVENTH RULE LOOPS INTO THE FIRST LAW OF BEING ABLE TO EXPERIENCE ANYTHING THAT A PERSON DESIRES WITH THEIR OWN BODY.
