Another Hillary coughing fit filmed today at Cleveland rally. It's so bad this time she can't even speak but what's interesting is she admits she's having an allergic reaction to something. Is this a new medical condition she just admitted too or maybe she's just reacting to all the dumb-downed people in the audience? You'd think she would know by now to take some cough medicine before giving a speech.
