Sorry to reach out on your private mail, but as a frequent user of Poloniex I am wondering why you are not communicating on the cause of this 5 days long SBD/STEEM shut down. As you probably know, there is numerous Steemit post on the Poloniex tag where users are talking about the problem. I know your team is overwhelmed at upscaling but a tweet to reassure will just take 2 minutes, please consider that as a minimum of respect to your loyal customers.
