So 3.5 days ago I sent a small amount of SBD to Poloniex. I knew they sucked but at the time I was flat ass broke and Bittrex has put a temporary halt on BTC transfers due to BIP91. I still have not gotten my deposit into my Poloniex Account. I have opened multiple support tickets and sent multiple messages with NO RESPONSE. This is my last hope of getting my money back.
Initial Message a few hours after transfer initiated!
Second Message the next day!
Third Message later the next day!
Fourth Message day 2 since transfer!
Last Message a few minutes before this post!
I have had issues with Poloniex last year, when they first added Steem/SBD and knew they where slow to answer, but they always answered and resolved the issues. This time NOTHING. Not a single email or response on the Support site.
