What do you actually do when you're happy? You twitch your muscles on your jaw showing a large grin with your both rows of teeth off. And that's what we call- smile or smiling.
I believe in the power of a smile, its strength and force. Smiling is what makes the world go 'round, believe it or not.
The smile is a universal sign of happiness. I believe it is the ultimate connection between all humankind. No matter how big or small, if a smile is genuine it creates an ineffable feeling in the atmosphere. I believe smiling can lighten up a mood, decrease stress, and most importantly bring happiness. I believe in the power of a smile to transcend all barriers between individuals no matter what race you are, what gender, or where you live and it simply create special moments in life that we could keep and treasure forever.
Me, I personally enjoy smiling, as it takes 'more muscles to frown' than it does to show some teeth. We need to realize that life isn't going to be always the best and always on the top- in fact, it will be bumpy road with a bunch of rigid and tough holes. So why not enjoy the sweet ride, and be happy.
Smiling is contagious, and the more you smile to your neighbors, the more you're letting their gloomy parts out and replace it with a sunshine instead. So today, smile and smile often. Smile at yourself, smile at a loved one and smile at a stranger. And whatever that thing is that you love to do, do it and share it with someone. Play a song for a friend, write a poem for a loved one, paint a landscape for a family, photograph your favorite nooks of the city, sing your heart out for the birds, dance hilariously with the kids, pick some flowers for your mom. And do it all with a smile, knowing that you are spreading love, joy and inspiration. Smile more and see how your smile can affect another. It makes the world a better place. Our planet needs more smiles! And more teeth to show off!
Give your best shot of smile today Steemians! Have a beautiful day!
