Came across these Black Hmong tribe children playing as the sun went down on a Sunday night. The girls wear traditional dresses because when not in school, as women they are made to panhandle tourists and attempt to sell scarves and bracelets all day long. The boys are allowed to run around freely and enjoy their afternoons. Luckily, I caught these kids while they were all off and enjoying themselves.
