Ah Milestones.
I'm not much of a goal setter.
I quite enjoy working on the status quo. I just grind on the day to day. Family and work are the priorities with everything else working around that.
I guess a simple milestone was to be more active. So, I added a Samsung running goal. I don't like just running. I would rather apply it to hiking, playing a sport or something functional.
Anyway, I just completed 20 out of 30 runs.
I plan to try it again and complete all of them.
They are just small 30 to 40 minute runs every 2nd day.
I needed it as a prompt as I was getting stuck at work sitting for several hours.
Running helps get my body moving, escape my responsibilitiea and clear my head.
