Esta es una batea que tiene siete años de uso, el estado en el que se encuentra se debe posiblemente a la mala calidad en la fabricación. Podemos apreciar en la imagen el deterioro que tiene, especialmente el de la orilla; por motivo de la oxidación del alambron interno.
This is a pan that has seven years of use, the state in which it is is possibly due to the poor quality in the manufacture. We can appreciate in the image the deterioration that it has, especially the one of the edge; by reason of the oxidation of the internal wire rod.
Lo primero que uno debe realizar en utilizar una piqueta para quitar la parte deteriorada, con el propósito de dejarla libre para luego colocarle un alambron o cabilla nueva; y posteriormente vaciar sobre la superficie el pegamento; el cual está formado por arena lavada y suficiente cemento.
The first thing to do is to use a pickaxe to remove the deteriorated part, with the purpose of leaving it free to then place a new wire or cable; and then pour the glue on the surface; which is made up of washed sand and sufficient cement.
Teniendo la cabilla vieja podemos tomar las medidas para la nueva cabilla y de esta manera poder encofrar de una manera exacta lo que se retiró sin alterar el modelo de la batea.
Having the old rafter we can take the measurements for the new rafter and in this way be able to form in an exact way what was removed without altering the model of the pan.
Luego procedemos a soldar las puntas de la cabilla nueva con un electrodo 6013. Una vez soldada, vaciamos el pegamento en el encofre previamente realizado, para devolverle el tamaño normal a la orilla de la batea.
Then we proceed to weld the ends of the new stiffener with a 6013 electrode. Once welded, we pour the glue in the previously made form, to return it to the normal size to the edge of the pan.
Teniendo ya el área preparada, buscamos la cerámica y comenzamos a cortarla, de acuerdo a las medidas que previamente tomamos de la batea.
Having already prepared the area, we look for the ceramic and start cutting it, according to the measurements we previously took from the pan.
Es importante que el agujero del desagüe de la batea tenga la medida exacta, así que con la ayuda de una sierra eléctrica cortamos lo que ya se ha remarcado de la medida. Con pulso y precisión se logra obtener el resultado deseado.
It is important that the drain hole of the pan has the exact measure, so with the help of an electric saw we cut what has already been remarked of the measure. With pulse and precision we obtain the desired result.
Con una buena cuchilla de nuestra máquina cortadora de cerámica, sacamos tiras de 2cm y realizamos la parte escalonada de la batea. También extraemos cortes más gruesos dependiendo del tamaño de la batea y comenzamos a pegarlas.
With a good blade of our ceramic cutting machine, we take out 2cm strips and make the staggered part of the pan. We also take out thicker cuts depending on the size of the trough and start gluing them.
Una vez que ya se ha vestido la batea, cuadramos el desagüe. Lo ajustamos, teniendo siempre presente qué debemos ser detallistas para obtener un trabajo eficiente.
Once the pan has been dressed, we square the drain. We adjust it, always keeping in mind that we must be detail-oriented to obtain an efficient job.
Con mucho trabajo y determinación concluimos con el embellecimiento de esta área de nuestro hogar.
With a lot of hard work and determination we concluded the beautification of this area of our home.
