Excellent recommendations. I don't know much about crypto and have a dismal record in investing, anywhere. But I am courteous :) That's what engagement is all about. If someone says hello to you, say hello back. That's what we do in the physical world. In the Hive universe, a comment on your post warrants acknowledgement. The only time I ignore a comment is when it is obvious spam...no relationship to the post at all.
As for communities: sometimes I wonder where I should post a blog. I want to write about something but it may not fit into community guidelines. There are a couple of communities here, though that invite writers to post on just about any subject. However, that doesn't mean someone will read the post, or enjoy it:)
There is another important aspect to being here. When we have established a footing on the platform, no matter how modest, it is only decent to extend a hand to those who are starting out. Plus, that's how Hive survives. New bloggers staying long enough to have a stake.
Well, that's my two cents. Your post resonated with me because it is so practical and chuck full of useful advice for new bloggers.
