During the bear market the prices of most or all coins are very low and then when you buy them at this prices you Hodl until there is a bull market and this is when the prices scale higher which is above its average price range thus making you a lot of profits which can literally be life changing.
Also before investing in any coin at all, it must be known that you have to invest in verified and strong projects or coin, preferably the first coin we know as the Bitcoin. We all know that the father of all coins is the Bitcoin and it is the most verified in crypto history due to its magnanimity in scaling through history .
