I had a short partnership with a startup that was renting retail space and was changing it in high tech homes for business travels. People in here live 3-4 days a week in a place for the job and move back to the house with the family on weekends.

Also a lot of blue collar workers are doing this, living near the factory during the week and going home on weekends.

Other purposes can be entertaining centres, like coffee shops, clubs and everything that has to do with socializing.
