#645 - Flowers in Atok Benguet.
A wonderful Thursday evening dear Hivers. Since the early morning here it has been raining none stop and traffic conditions in the streets also get bad because the flow of vehicles get slower when the road is wet. I also just finished fasting for the past 24 hours. I am trying to do it because I want to rid of my fats and cholesterol aside from the claimed benefits of fasting for a day.
Anyhow let's move to our daily photos and this time let me take us to Atok where flowers farms are. These shots were taken in the farm called Northern Blossom, this is just beside the homestay we were in last week but these shots were shot last year as we didn't visit the farm already. When we got here from a bus coming from the city of pines, it was still early before six if not mistaken. It was also colder than from the city. The temperature went to as low as 13 degree Celsius if not mistaken. We paid $5 each to enter including the environmental fee and the amount also covers a free coffee and bread later at the end of the tour.
The wife poses with these purple flowers growing just above the knee and there's a lot of them. The fog and clouds in the background also includes the Cordillera mountain ranges.
Here's another shot with the wife inside a greenhouse which is home to these lovely and colorful pink flowers that are growing in upward manner.
And we got here a still fresh new buds of hydrangea flowers. The plants are also inside a greenhouse. The new flowers are not purple yet but when it matures, they turn to purple after.
These next two shots shows an area of the farm where purple and different colors of flowering plants are. With them are other expectators just like me and the wife. They are also all having a good time taking memorable photos with their families and friends with the beautiful Cordillera mountain ranges in the background.
Lastly is another greenhouse with these orange and pink flowers coming from different varieties of plants.
Follow me on my nature travels.
