#254 - Blocking the way. Captured this in a pedestrian lane where a commuter van used for public ride is also blocking the lane where pedxing is. We can see that there were about three person trying to make it to the other side of the road. The reason the van is there is that another car was infront making it stuck somehow as it wait for the car in front to move. Shot in Marikina City, Philippines.
