This ornamental plant which has the botanical name Gomphrena globosa or Globe amaranth is an ornamental plant that produces beautiful purple, white and red flowers. This flower is also suitable for use as herbal medicine to prevent disease in the body. Not only the round flowers, almost all parts of the plant from the leaves, roots, and stems of plants can be used as medicinal herbs.
Even though the knob flowers have been picked and stored for weeks, their shape and color will remain as they were before they were picked.
