Saludos cordiales estimada comunidad de bellas damas de esta querida plataforma hive, me complace llegar con ustedes a esta edición #215, en la cual, destacaré con el desarrollo de la segunda interrogante, puesto que es una meta trazada firmemente para este año 2025 y solo le pido a Dios salud, fortaleza y los recursos necesarios para llevarla a cabo de su mano y de su gracia.
Protección civil auxiliandonos.
Desde hace algún tiempo, es imperante realizar reparaciones a mi hogar de residencia, es la casa materna de mi madre, la cual, le quedó como herencia de mis abuelos en consenso con sus hermanos que ya tenían vivienda propia. Cómo es una vivienda muy antigua, data del año 1950, presenta deterioro progresivo en las tuberías de aguas servidas y además, hay que rellenar el piso que está más bajo que las viviendas vecinas y esto ocasiona que cuando llueve en cantidad y colapsa el agua en las calles; desde abajo se nos filtra el agua y nos inundamos grandemente.
Este trabajo de las tuberías de aguas servidas y relleno del piso, es el que se tiene que hacer con mayor urgencia; puesto que, es infrahumano pasar por estos episodios cuando es época de fuertes lluvias , ya que, mi mamá es una persona de la tercera edad y yo soy una persona con discapacidad , por tanto, se nos hace cuesta arriba sacar el agua cuando nos inundamos y limpiar todo el desastre que queda.

Luego de realizar estas importantes reparaciones, es también necesario arreglar grietas , averías en el techo para finalmente , pintar y tener una vivienda digna segura y saludable para vivir en armonía como en efecto vivimos, por lo que mejorar nuestras condiciones físicas de habitabilidad sería ideal.
Emprendiendo desde casa
Otra prioridad para este año venidero, es sacar adelante mi emprendimiento desde casa, con café y golosinas de fácil acceso al cliente e ir introduciendo más productos de interés al consumidor y así suplir sus necesidades y/o predilección beneficiandonos ambos lados.
Redacción de noticias, mi pasión
Y para culminar, no puedo dejar de establecer como prioridad mi desarrollo profesional, acabo de recibir mi título como Técnico Superior Universitario en producción de medios audiovisuales y estoy próxima a terminar mi carga académica en la licenciatura en Comunicación Social; por tanto , me gustaría comenzar a incursionar en el medio, específicamente , en el área que más me gusta al respecto como lo es, la redacción de noticias en prensa escrita y en aras de eso, me enfocaré en buscar oportunidades laborales.
2️⃣ ¿Qué es algo que quieres priorizar en el próximo año?

As it is a very old house, it dates back to 1950, it shows progressive deterioration in the sewage pipes and in addition, the floor that is lower than the neighboring houses has to be filled in and this causes that when it rains heavily and the water collapses in the streets; From below the water seeps into us and we are greatly flooded.

After carrying out these important repairs, it is also necessary to fix cracks, damages in the ceiling to finally paint and have a safe and healthy decent home to live in harmony as we do, thus improving our physical living conditions. habitability would be ideal.
Starting from home
Another priority for this coming year is to carry out my business from home, with coffee and sweets that are easily accessible to the client and introduce more products of interest to the consumer and thus meet their needs and/or predilection, benefiting both sides.
News writing, my passion
And to conclude, I cannot help but establish my professional development as a priority, I have just received my degree as a Higher University Technician in audiovisual media production and I am close to finishing my academic load in the degree in Social Communication; Therefore, I would like to begin to venture into the medium, specifically, in the area that I like the most in this regard, which is, news writing in the written press and for the sake of that, I will focus on look for job opportunities.
2️⃣ What is something you want to prioritize in the next year?
This work on the sewage pipes and filling the floor is the one that has to be done with the greatest urgency; Since it is inhumane to go through these episodes when it is the season of heavy rain, since my mother is an elderly person and I am a person with a disability, therefore, it is difficult for us to draw water when we flood. and clean up all the mess that is left.
