I used to prefer weightlifting to yoga. But after a while, my body was too stressed to lift weights, and I didn't want to worsen my hormones. So, I started trying yoga and Pilates at home, following instructors on YouTube.
It turns out that what I underestimated about the simplicity of yoga movements was actually difficult to do. 𤣠Many people think yoga is boring and don't want to make time for it. But for my body, it worked wonders in getting my menstrual cycle back on track.
Anyway, I love your writing; it's deep and insightful. š If we don't take the time to be comfortable with our bodies, how will our bodies be comfortable accompanying us into old age? š
