Está tarde un tanto fresca aquí en mi ciudad debido a que pues pronto se acerca el invierno estaba terminando una prenda básica sencilla,les cuento que se trata de un vestido para estar en casa que to tenía digamos que la pieza del busto osea la parte de arriba del vestido ,pero faltaba aplicarle una falda abajo , entonces se me ocurrió que a mi me habia quedado tela de la oversize que yo había hecho hace algunos dias atrás , entonces lo que hice fué nada mas y nada menos que aplicarle abajo esa tela faltante y asi complementar el vestido ya que la parte de arriba como ven es una camiseta pero como me quedaba corta y no queria perderla se había llegado el momento para fabricarle otra pieza.

Como a mi me encanta mucho transformar prendas y convertirlas en otra prenda de provecho está era mi oportunidad para hacer este vestido tan simple ,a mí me pareció que es una pieza que podemos hacer si ya esas franelillas nos quedan cortas o pensamos que se ven bien es en un vestido,ya nosotros lo que podríamos hacer es ampliar la falta con otro tipo de tela, igualmente esto también se nos puede ocurrir para hacer vestidos de niñas que las franelillas no las usen y hasta para hacer overoles con tela que estire por supuesto ya que se amoldan al cuerpo y son frescas,como este vestido es para estar en casa lo apropiado era colocarle una tela de la misma de la que trae la pieza del busto una tela suave y fresca y lo ideal era microdurazno.

Since I love transforming clothes and turning them into another useful garment, this was my opportunity to make this simple dress. It seemed to me that it is a piece that we can make if those T-shirts are already too short for us or we think that they look good in a dress, and what we could do is extend the skirt with another type of fabric, likewise this can also occur to us to make dresses for girls that the T-shirts do not use and even to make overalls with fabric that stretches of course since they mold to the body and are fresh, since this dress is to be at home the appropriate thing was to put a fabric of the same one that comes with the bust piece, a soft and fresh fabric and the ideal was micropeach.

Paso 01

Lo primero que haremos será cortar una pieza de la parte de abajo del vestido osea la falda y para no hacerlo tan largo pues le coloqué 43 cm de largo x 26.5 cm de ancho , entonces en la parte de la cintura le corté de ambos lados doblando la tela en partes iguales hice una caída que es la parte de la cintura para que no se vea como un cuadrado, medí esto con una cinta métrica ustedes pueden hacerlo con una regla grande.

Step 01

The first thing we will do is cut a piece from the bottom of the dress, that is, the skirt, and to make it shorter, I made it 43 cm long x 26.5 cm wide. Then, at the waist, I cut from both sides, folding the fabric in equal parts. I made a drop, which is the waist part, so that it doesn't look like a square. I measured this with a tape measure; you can do it with a large ruler.

Paso 02

Después es momento de que el dobladillo de mi franelilla lo corte con mis tijeras porque lo ideal sería coser la pieza de la falda a la blusa y pues para que tenga un acabado mejor lo cortaremos ,(Ojo: si nuestra franelilla es muy corta toca descoser el dobladillo y plancharlo)así que luego tomaremos uno de nuestros alfileres y vamos a unir las piezas de la falda del vestido d ela do a lado con un alfiler para empezar a coser desde esa punta del lado de las caderas hacia abajo de la pieza ,doble tela lo cosemos por el borde.

Step 02

Then it's time to cut the hem of my shirt with my scissors because the ideal would be to sew the skirt piece to the blouse and so that it has a better finish we will cut it, (Note: if our shirt is very short we will have to unstitch the hem and iron it) so then we will take one of our pins and we will join the pieces of the skirt of the dress side by side with a pin to start sewing from that tip on the side of the hips to the bottom of the piece, double the fabric we sew it along the edge.

Paso 03

Iré cosiendo después la parte de abajo de la pieza porque será nuestro borde para el dobladillo que le haremos después con máquina recta .Con un alfiler nuevamente uniremos la pieza abierta a la franelilla por el lado contrario para poder coserla por el borde por dentro por supuesto.

Step 03

I will then sew the bottom part of the piece because it will be our edge for the hem that we will make later with a straight machine. With a pin, we will again join the open piece to the flannel on the opposite side so that we can sew it along the edge on the inside, of course.

Paso 04

Así nos queda la costura con overlock,luego paso a coser de la parte de la cintura de arriba de la franelilla con costura recta voy a rematar la costura overlock para evitar que el hilo se nos marque se nos suelto o cualquier accidente que nos pudiese ocurrir cuando nos coloquemos la prenda.

Step 04

This is how the overlock seam looks like. Next, I sew the top waistband of the shirt with a straight seam. I'm going to finish the overlock seam to prevent the thread from showing, coming loose, or any other accident that could happen when we put on the garment.

Paso 05

Como último detalle he hecho un dobladillo Hacia adentro del vestido y lo de 2 cm y lo coso por todo alrededor de la parte de abajo ,y nos queda el dobladillo confeccionado.

As a final detail, I made a 2 cm hem inside the dress and sewed it all around the bottom, and we have the hem ready.
