In the south of Ukraine, autumn has always pleased us with its generous gifts, this year, for obvious reasons, vegetables cost 5-6 times more than last year. This has never happened, what you could safely buy and prepare for the winter, now you’ll think well. And you have to invest in the budget, real and uncontested.
But as we say in Odessa, “There is never too much meat and you always want it.”))
Today I will show you how you can cook a good piece of meat from pork. Can be cut 2 cm thick and cut on both sides, you can beat them to the large side of the chop hammer. The second method is more reliable, the meat will be more tender.
Mushrooms and potatoes are suitable, which are well baked, not hard. Mushrooms are like mushrooms, I cut them 1 cm thick. Just like potatoes, they need to be slightly salted and mixed with vegetable oil. This will help them bake well and they won't dry out if baked for 35-40 minutes.
I also use onions, cut them into half rings and mix them with mustard and sour cream. I also spread the medallions on both sides with a mixture of sour cream and mustard. After 35 minutes I take out the deco and rub hard cheese on the medallions with onions, in this case parmesan.
