Hello, friends!
Hello to all the inhabitants of Hive.
I love winter days when the sun is shining and the temperature on the thermometer is not lower than -20 degrees.
Today it all coincided. The morning told me - boy, today will be a cool sunny day. And I told Mother Nature - I'm not going to work today, I'm going to work remotely at home today.
Well yes. I took my wife to work, took my daughter to school and took a little walk in the city's central square. And then I drove slowly home and shot my camera at what I liked.
But first, it was in the morning. A small narrow pink stripe in the east told me that today we are waiting for a cloudless sky, a light frost, and the Sun.
The shadow of the house falls on the trees that are in the background. Yellow and blue are a classic combination of light and color. I couldn't get past that. But the camera was in my hands, and I didn't have a tripod for such filming.
An hour later, the dawn became brighter, but the sun was still deep below the horizon. It will rise only in 40 minutes
I left my wife at work, sent my daughter to school, and I went to the central square to take some pictures of the snow. Yes, yes. snow. Funny? Well, of course, not only snow.
On the way home, I stopped to take some photos of mountain ash. This winter, all the rowan trees stand with berries. The birds didn't eat them in the fall. Why? This is an interesting question that I do not know the answer to. Maybe there are a lot of berries in the forest and birds do not fly to populated areas, or maybe there are fewer birds?
Damn, at first I drove past this place, but out of the corner of my eye, I noticed smoke from a chimney illuminated by the rising sun, and I backed up the car to capture this moment.
When I showed this photo to my daughter, she decided that there was a fire somewhere. Then she decided that the fire was coming from the chimney and did not believe that this effect was created by Nature itself with the help of the rising sun.
Here I am at home. I took a control photo from the porch of my house and went to work. The trumpet is calling.
I'm looking out of my bedroom window.
In 11 days it will be the shortest day of the year. The photo was taken at 9 o'clock, but the Sun has just risen above the horizon. But after 2 weeks, the Sun will gradually rise higher and higher, the day will become longer, winter will wane and spring will be back. And I will be watching my window for 4 seasons for a long time and I will see how the phases of the Moon change.
In the meantime, I want to say thank you to everyone, the cat has reached this place.
