Hello and happy new week to you all. Today wanted to be bad for me at my shoemaking office as an unknown customer wanted to spoil my shoemaking business name. I was surprised to hear from a customer that someone related to him gave a bad impression of my shoemaking business. Without much delay, it will interest me to provide you with the details below.
How it all started when a customer came to my shoemaking office and demanded that I should make a Gucci palm for him. When the customer entered my shoemaking office, he came in with anger all over his face and I was not interested to look at his face rather than focusing on the Gucci palm he want. After we bargained the price for the Gucci palm and I started making it as agreed.
When the customer came back to have the Gucci palm I made for him, I was not done yet because the weather was not conducive enough for the drying of the Gucci palm after gumming. Immediately I noticed that the customer wanted to quarrel about the delay in his work, I pleaded with the customer to sit and exercise patience. When the customer sat and was waiting for the Gucci palm to dry properly, I sent one of my shoemaking team to go get the customer a chilled drink from a nearby shop.
To be honest, when the customer finished the drink I bought it for him and waited for a few minutes for the Gucci palm which I later finished. He use his mouth to testify about the Gucci palm I made for him and also told me that what his close friend told him about my shoemaking business was false because how I treated and gave him a good-looking Gucci palm was totally different from what he heard. The customer confessed that a related friend to him that I don’t use quality materials for work and that I don’t also respect customers.
After the customer explained the false his friend told him about my shoemaking business. I told him that I’m glad that he has seen with his eye that I respect my customers very well because they’re the primary reason why my business is still in existence. I also told the customer that if I don’t use quality materials for my shoemaking work then how will I be able to sustain customers?
