Iraq is a very rich country with oil, but was oil the only reason the USA invaded it based on the lies of WMDs there?
A member of the Quora Q & A wiki community asked this question: Did America invade Iraq for oil?
My answer there I'll copy here to preserve from Quora's censorship, its moderators do not like answers that don't praise the crimes of Israel:
America (USA to be more accurate) invaded Iraq based on lies it fabricated for multiple reasons, oil is just one of them.
For the politicians running the USA, the real ones not the faces, the last thing on their list of interest is the welfare of their people or the people of any other nation, except one state which almost all of them hold its dual citizenship, you’ll find out which one as you continue reading.
Iraq was a secular state turned into a violent sectarian state, the first act by the occupying US governor Paul Bremer was to dissolve the Iraqi national secular army creating a massive void in the Iraqi security which was fast filled by terrorist groups and sectarian militias. There’s a reason for that.
Turkey was a strict secular country until the arrival of the current Erdogan and his anti-Islamic Muslim Brotherhood cult. He transferred the country from strict secular into strict sectarian and racist, if you want to find why he did that, click here and see the role he was tasked by his own words.
Libya was invaded for its wealth, and as well because it too has a secular national army, the first thing the US did after bombing the country is to dissolve the army and create a void in security which was fast filled by radical anti-Islamic ‘Islamist’ terrorist groups of Muslim Brotherhood and Wahhabi Al-Qaeda affiliates.
Yemen was a secular country in Arabia, the first thing the promoters of the ‘Arab Spring’ plot did was to divide the Yemeni national secular army into two and create a void in security which was fast filled by Al-Qaeda and other terrorist groups in the south, they tried to move up north but the Yemeni people are still fighting until now.
Tunisia was a very advanced secular nation, the first thing done by the promoters of the ‘Arab Spring’ was to appoint anti-Islamic Islamist fanatics from the Turkish-led Muslim Brotherhood cult. Their first acts were against the country’s entire secular nature creating a void that was fast filled by terrorist groups the country is still paying the price for.
Lebanon used to be a secular country, it was worked on long before the entire ‘Arab Spring’ and invasion of Iraq and other plots fueling parts of the society against others causing the tiny country to fall into a 15 years civil war that was only stopped when the internationally recognized government there asked for help from Syria and the Syrian Army went in and imposed peace over all parties. Later, Israel invaded the country and remained there and tried to instigate sectarianism as well promoting one radical Christian party against all others. with the help of Syria, the Lebanese Resistance liberated most of Lebanon from Israel, but the sectarian system is deep embedded with their political system.
Egypt, despite being a faithful signatory of the Camp David treaty and its former presidents’ loyalty to the US and its projects in the region, it was leaning towards secularism, its national army is secular. The first thing the Muslim Brotherhood cult did when they took over the politics system there was to radicalize the entire country and its former Muslim Brotherhood president tried to use the Egyptian secular army to wage Jihad (Holy War) against Syria.
Coming to Syria, the last secular country in the entire region. It was not targeted for its oil, just because it’s the last secular country in the entire region that poses an existential threat to the ‘Greater Israel Project’ creating a ‘Jewish only State’ over occupied lands. Thus the US had to interfere and would continue until the last US soldier. A secular country is always a better example for the people to aspire to than religious or sectarian entities. In addition, Syria is the only country that has not signed any agreement to recognize the existence of Israel altogether.
One of the US publicly stated justifications for their illegal presence in Syria is to disturb any connection between Iran (another target of the US although it’s not secular but for the security of Israel) and Syria through Iraq.
You see, oil, and gold, are just bounty for entering these ‘regime change’ wars of terror by the US and its cronies.
End of my answer there.
