I make a box today using colored paper. This box is made like a pineapple. I cut and fold yellow pieces of paper. I use these folds of yellow paper to make a pineapple box.To make the paper leaves more natural, I cut the green paper as leaves and bend them with a ruler at the edges.I think it's more interesting to make boxes look like this than anything else, like apple-shape boxes, rabbit-shape boxes, cat-shape boxes, and so on. I make this one look as good as a pineapple.
Needed materials

At first,I want to make the folds of yellow paper. To make the folds of paper, I cut small pieces of paper ,that is same size and fold them together as shown in photo. I fold the yellow paper in half and glue it along the edges.This paper is folded as a round shape and glued the edges together.The next step, start to glue with folds of yellow paper on the bottom of yellow paper box. I glue with them half of this box.Then draw leaves pattern on the green paper and cut them. The leaves are glued top of this box, and the folds of yellow paper are glued to the end to be a pineapple.
At this step, I cut the cardboard as circle shape and glue it with orange paper. I put and glue this pineapple box on the cardboard.There are few steps to make this, but it takes a little patience to glue and fold yellow paper.I've made all for it and I take some beautiful photos. I think this is cute and beautiful. It will be useful for stationery and other lightweight items.The next post may be a quilling paper art. The paper is still being folded.
