During the chainculture session, i , and
, felt like we were skipping school. We just left without any reason, and it seemed like "getting some fresh air" was the right excuse. The chain culture group was so crowded that they were queuing for lunch, and it was better to get out for a bit.
I looked on my app and saw a large temple nearby. It was quite a famous one. Initially, Vivie and I were the only ones who decided to go, but halfway there, someone followed us and said, "I want to come."
With Google Maps, every step counts. Because Seputeh is a hill, you have to step up and down. Going up is like climbing, and going down is a steep hill. It was quite helpful for me to exercise, as i don't any leg training this week.
Behind the three people, there was a large temple, and around it were many meaningful statues. I see a statue of the famous Malayan tiger, the goddess Kwan Yin, a horse, and the like. The air feel like very warm, like an angry sun the totality of the sunlight dazzling :D .
Walk from the right side and climb the stairs to the next floor. This is the main hall, a place of worship for every Buddhists. The best part is the rows of lanterns hang overhead. It seems like at night, the lights really illuminate this place, and it's beautiful. Even without them, it's quite beautiful.
The lanterns serve to reduce the light comes the main hall courtyard. I'm imagine that if they weren't there, the floor would be incredibly hot to walk on that day.
Architecture, this place is unlike Kuala Lumpur. I feel like I'm in Guangzhou or some temple in China. Between the pillars, something is written in Chinese script, etched in gold ink. From up here, I feel like I'm stand tall among the skyscrapers of Kuala Lumpur. This truly white area is actually a tall hill, isn't it?
Inside the building, there many worshippers, and everyone respectful. Even non worshippers very welcome to take photos, just like tourists, like me Ahahah. I took several photos of the Buddha statues inside the temple without disturbing anyone. Remove shoes and dressing modest is a must for maintaining etiquette in a place of worship.
See you the next time hive friends!

Hi! Let me introduce myself, its me Wita.
I'm just a woman who wants to write whatever's on my mind. I really enjoy cooking, occasionally traveling, and doing whatever I like. I want to live like a bird flying freely in nature. But I know I'm only human. So, I can only write freely like a bird that can fly with its two wings.
I'm usually very interested in new things. Let me be creative with at least these writings. I welcome any suggestions, as long as you mention them politely in the comments section. We can have a free discussion every now and then.
Don't think too much of me as you see in my posts. I'm just sharing what I have, and some of it is actually quite enjoyable to post. It's just that I don't really like posting bad things. I hope we continue to work together to build this Hive community.
