Walks in nature always help me, not only to find myself, as a process of self-discovery, but lately they have been an oasis in many situations.
I remember someone once told me that life is not all roses, and no, it is not. It depends on how we deal with situations, although many are beyond us, so strong and hard that we have no choice but to go slowly, as if walking on a green blanket of vegetation, and wait as long as necessary, like when someone waits for a flower to open its petals.
On this walk, I travelled many paths among bushes, trees, varied vegetation and flowers, like when you travel the paths of life and each path can be an option to follow. Many paths must be analysed to arrive at the best solution.
Walking the trails helps me to think, and I have done this a lot in recent months. The oxygen present in nature is healing and restorative. I always feel very comfortable when I fill my lungs to the brim and can feel the pure air entering my lungs, filling them and reaching my brain, bringing me peace.
Complicated situations in life and problems are best solved if one distances oneself from them a little and looks at them from different perspectives. They also have different stages, like the different places or corners of a park, and you go through each of those spaces one at a time. In my case, I have reached the end of the first stage, which gives me some relief. Perhaps another stage will begin, I don't know if it will be more complicated or lighter, that no longer depends on me, but I know that nature and the different places in the city with their walks will be there to bring me calm.
On the walk, the sun shone on my face, and I love that because the sun always gives me energy. On many occasions, I left the paths to walk on the grass so that my steps would be light. It is interesting how nature isolates the mind from everything when we let it, of course.
Just looking at the trees and how wise they are, carrying the seed of all that is good, is enough to bring calm. I love to admire the shadows they cast on the ground to give walkers coolness and rest.
A walk full of paths that come and go, where there are also huge green spaces where you can see the majesty of the trees in the distance.
Walking through the centre of the park, you cannot hear the noise and bustle of the city. Everything is calm, and it is a place that, although it may not seem so, has many spaces where trees reign supreme, providing plenty of shade.
My walk took me through these beautiful landscapes, pergolas, some art, children's parks, but what I liked most on this occasion were the paths with trimmed and maintained bushes around me. Seeing the streetlights in the distance, the tall palm trees and the blue sky with a few clouds.
When you distance yourself from situations, you see panoramas like this, the park in its entirety, and the stages change. Now a new one begins, perhaps faster than the previous one and leading to the necessary solutions.
Solutions that can be seen as this beautiful green space with different shades and shapes, a relaxed and beautiful place to embark on new horizons.
Thank you very much for joining me on this reflective walk. I send you my warmest regards. See you soon.
