This isn't the first time that I have heard of this kind of concert, but have heard of it since months ago. I was still at Manila back when I have received an invitation from a friend and my flight back home was scheduled a week after the concert. Due to conflict of schedules, I haven't made it no matter how badly I wanted to attend such event.
Then, just recently when I was walking at the downtown are to catch a ride home, I walked by an ongoing concert at the public plaza. Thrilled and elated, I stopped at a familiar sight. I recognized and confirmed that it was the Bacolod for Jesus Concert that I have missed months ago. I had the opportunity to attend again but it was another wrong timing since I have a lot to do. But, I have learned that there will be another one for the next night.

I hurriedly catch a ride to the plaza after my classes. Still, I wasn't able to make it from the very start of the concert. It was already starting when I got there and the whole plaza was crowded. The local Christian band was already performing and was currently in the middle of a song.

The plaza was full of people of different ages, status, and students from different schools. They don't know who at their sides but just feel the presence of God and sing along with the song that was performed by the band up in the stage. The people were raising their hands to send praises, clapping, and dancing as they were glorifying His name.

There is a group in front of the stage that is dancing, waving their flags, some holds an instrument while dancing to the rythm. After a song, the group exit to the side of the stage.

The band also silenced to give the spotlight for this man to let him speak his testimonies to the crowd. As far as I can remember, he was talking about his dream showing him some scenes of his upcoming wedding. In that dream, he anxious since he hasn't prepared his suit and found out that the most of the people who have roles to play in the wedding weren't all prepared, too. From the moment, he entered the church he was told that it wasn't his turn yet and there would be a much better wedding for him in the future.
I didn't manage to hear until the end of his testimonies, and just turned to find the exit. The roads are closed and the jeepneys are re-routes, then some of their wayd are cut short. I know that I will be walking home again that night, so I better start that before I could go home late.

One more look before leaving.

The Gazebo stands out in the crowd every time.

The church still looks alluring being illuminated at night, but it already closed. Maybe, on the days. So, my walk will start from here on. It's not that far but still tiresome.
That concludes my post for today. All of the photos are mine unless dtated otherwise. Thanks for reading.
