Success is never an accident rather success is all about hard work consistency ready to learn, passion determination then patiently waiting and finally you grow up to be successful,
Personally for over 12 years I've been struggling to succeed though I will not say I'm not succeeding but I will say I haven't met my turning point in life.
Short life stories of success.
A lady of 32 years committed suicide recently during her working hour right in her working place, reasons being that she doesn't see success in her future and she said she her future doesn't look bright. So many other people attempt suicide because they have different definition to success and how you define success will be obvious in your day today activity..
Another influencer who attempted suicide 6 years ago when she thought she has done enough but wasn't successful and she decided to end it all fortunately her life was saved and she's alive today, during an interview she said that she never thought out of the box and she invested much time doing the wrong thing and she was focused on earning and profit not building that was what made her to give up when she didn't make as much as she wanted or expected she got into depression which led to thinking about taking her life.
But today she is counted as a successful fellow.
I met with a school proprietor/ a business owner who said to have started her school journey we just two of her neighbors child today she has a school with over 300 students in two different places.
I ask her how she came about such progress?
She said and I quote.
I have always known that passion comes first before success or growth so firstly I developed passion for caring for other people's children I took very good care of them like my own children sometimes even more than at some point for over two school sections I didn't get damn from the parents but passion for the work made me not to give up yes I knew my future was bright but I never knew it was to this extent so when I started progressing I wasn't surprised because I knew I have worked so hard.
I ask her how many years it took her to build herself to whom she is today.
She said her school is 6 years old and she had not more than or not up to 20 children in a term for over 2 years so from the calculation she became big in just 3 years or less and she worked to build herself for good three years, so for a certainty she never gave up because if she did she won't have the story to tell today, her passion her patience, her consistency and determination spoke for her and happily her school is one of the best schools in her area funny enough she still working hard to keep her school in order.
Success is a continuous process it is not a point to stop.
It took a lady 2 years to build up her YouTube channel and in just 2 weeks that her current contents got over 2 million views YouTube took the channel down saying she violated their rules.
Funny enough that's web2 for you they are the centralized and will always control you.
She cried but she didn't give up she picked up and started growing up gradually.
If one lacks the courage to continue after failure then success will be very far from such person, failure doesn't kill anyone but it makes you more strong only if you are determined to reach your goals.
When you set your goals all days should count by itself because if you count this definitely you'll be discouraged and be disappointed to follow up.
So many successful people today took many risk to succeed, to succeed one have to be courageous enough to take some certain risk and even if it doesn't work as planned overhead do not sit back thinking about spilled milk
Lessons about success.
In all you do your hard work only pays when you put more effort in whatever you do, think outside the box, read about successful people and see how they were able to succeed, that will help you no to give up because if those whom you read their stories ever gave up there will be no story to read.
Develop passion for whatever you do, that will distract you from focusing on the outcome then days will be counting and before you know it you have achieved a massive growth.
No success without set goals.
Set a weekly goal and focus on how to achieve it, make sure to review those goals after seven days, try as much as you can not to focus on financial achievement rather focus on your career goals, adjust where needed to make more progress the next week, then you will gradually grow and that is a success.
Success is never a miracle, so sometimes on the journey of success there will be challenges that will set one back a bit instead on focusing on all you have done over the years focus on what you have not done and what you need to do then plan on how to move on with the journey of success.
Learn from people but never compare yourself because the journey of success is in different pace and different part, comparison will discourage you if care is not taking.
Success is a journey that has no deadline and no age barrier.
