Existen insectos que no logro identificar, primero porque no soy especialista y segundo porque nunca antes los había visto. También es posible que antes no prestaba tanta atención como ahora, esto último es altamente probable.

Pudiese comparar este bicho con un escarabajo, al menos posee algunas características. Lo encontré en un lugar húmedo, había llovido, es posible que haya brotado debajo de la tierra.

Detallé sus movimientos durante mucho tiempo, no pude ver si tenía la habilidad de volar pero sus dos alas lo indican, tal vez es de vuelo lento porque su apariencia es pesada. Es de color negro, bajo la luz del sol cambia su aspecto a un tono gris perlado. Es extraño que un negro intenso también se las arregle para parecer más ligero.

Algo particular en este insecto es su fuerza. Observé cuando quitaba obstáculos en su camino por pasar de un lado a otro o tratar de excavar. Permaneció estático durante largo rato, lo estimulé para que realizara algún movimiento como el de enterrarse pero no lo hizo.

Los escarabajos click son de especies variadas, puede que pertenezcan a la misma familia, les molesta estar patas arriba como éste. Si alguno puede identificarlo, lo agradezco.
