It is really very hard to focus on whatever you do. we all are surrounded by many electronic gadgets. I am sure we all do have at least a laptop or a pc and a smartphone this is the least I am talking about there are still many digitals thing that can be added to your usage. one laptop and one smartphone are enough for me. what about you?
most of the time we all did get distracted by the notifications of apps they are really easy to distract us from the work. we all things lot during we study not all of us have the concentration power to stick to the thing we are doing. if the thing is really of your interest then sure the can differ for sure. sometimes I didn't even realize how much time has passed when I watched anime or any interesting movie 😉
I did make a post on Social media and addiction 😥 yesterday you can read it if you want to 🙃 you will know social media are wasting our time and yes they are the biggest way to waste our time. It is not bad to use social media but everything is good if it is within a limit. overdo of things is really bad indeed we all are well aware of that. check this out too 😉The ways to waste time.
to be honest it is really hard to concentrate on one thing for a long time so it is better to take a break from time to time. Nowadays we are used to looking at our phones from time to time and I am sure most of us are used to it. we can't even think of our life without them, can you do that?
I can't but we can sure set a time limit for all and make a timetable as we do at court school time. I am sure that will sure work.
